Nous avons renforc\u00e9 la collaboration au niveau de ces trois niveaux pour influencer progressivement la mani\u00e8re de travailler pour d\u00e9passer l\u2019approche projet vers une approche plus sectorielle.<\/p><p>L\u2019approche se base sur une bonne compr\u00e9hension du syst\u00e8me WASH impliquant souvent la collaboration de multiples acteurs \u00e0 de multiples niveaux pour relever les d\u00e9fis syst\u00e9miques. Elle se concentre sur le renforcement des acteurs, des facteurs et de leurs interactions et consid\u00e8re le leadership du gouvernement aux niveaux national et local comme un facteur cl\u00e9 pouvant garantir la performance du secteur.<\/p><p><strong>Les documents partag\u00e9s ici sont r\u00e9partis selon les principes ci-dessous :<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>L\u2019approche syst\u00e8me consid\u00e8re le leadership du gouvernement aux niveaux national et r\u00e9gional comme un facteur cl\u00e9 pouvant garantir la performance du secteur.<\/li><li>La commune est un niveau de d\u00e9cision particuli\u00e8re \u00e0 Madagascar car elle est le premier responsable de l\u2019acc\u00e8s de la population aux service WASH selon les textes<\/li><li>Des communaut\u00e9s actives et engag\u00e9es
