L\u2019Agence offre une assistance aux populations les plus vuln\u00e9rables dans plus de 100 pays dans le monde sans distinction de race, de religion ou de nationalit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CRS s\u2019est implant\u00e9 \u00e0 Madagascar en 1962 sur invitation de la Conf\u00e9rence Episcopale en vue d\u2019apporter une assistance humanitaire aux populations les plus vuln\u00e9rables \u00e0 travers des programmes de d\u00e9veloppement innovants et p\u00e9rennes. Le Programme Pays de CRS \u00e0 Madagascar a d\u00e8s lors diversifi\u00e9 son panel de programmes en intervenant dans plusieurs secteurs de d\u00e9veloppement incluant la r\u00e9ponse aux urgences, l\u2019agriculture, et l\u2019environnement, l\u2019agro-business, la sant\u00e9 et la nutrition, l\u2019Eau, Assainissement et Hygi\u00e8ne (WASH), la bonne gouvernance et l\u2019\u00e9ducation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En 2017, CRS Madagascar a \u00e9tabli un accord de partenariat avec Care International pour la mise en \u0153uvre du Projet RANO WASH, financ\u00e9 par l\u2019USAID, dans les r\u00e9gions Atsinanana et Vakinankaratra. Pour ce faire, CRS collabore avec ses partenaires dioc\u00e9sains dont l\u2019ODDIT (Organe de D\u00e9veloppement du Dioc\u00e8se de Toamasina) dans l\u2019Atsinanana et Caritas Antsirabe dans le Vakinankaratra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CRS Madagascar collabore \u00e9galement avec l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Villanova aux Etats-Unis pour l\u2019installation d\u2019un syst\u00e8me de surveillance \u00e0 distance en vue d\u2019informer la gestion locale de l\u2019eau sur les caract\u00e9ristiques de performance des infrastructures d\u2019eau courante. Le syst\u00e8me surveille continuellement les niveaux d\u2019eau dans les r\u00e9servoirs de stockage et transmet ces donn\u00e9es aux gestionnaires du syst\u00e8me et aux autres intervenants pertinents par SMS et par courriel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CRS Madagascar contribue \u00e9galement \u00e0 la mise en place et au suivi d\u2019un syst\u00e8me permettant aux m\u00e9nages participants dans le cadre du Projet RANO WASH d\u2019exprimer leurs pr\u00e9occupations, leurs plaintes ou leurs appr\u00e9ciations par le biais de divers m\u00e9canismes, y compris des bo\u00eetes \u00e0 suggestions ainsi qu\u2019une ligne t\u00e9l\u00e9phonique gratuite et des comit\u00e9s de village.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Catholic Relief Services (CRS) est l\u2019Agence Humanitaire officielle de la Communaut\u00e9 Catholique des Etats-Unis.
