Dans ce r\u00f4le, elle soutient 32 groupes de VSLA. Honorine a un handicap, mais son r\u00eave a toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 de contribuer au d\u00e9veloppement de sa communaut\u00e9. Auparavant, elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 agent communautaire pour CARE, puis membre du comit\u00e9 local de gestion des risques de catastrophes.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_239648\" style=\"width: 318px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-239648\" class=\"wp-image-239648 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/care.mg\/ranowash\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/1.png\" alt=\"Honorine Foulpointe\" width=\"308\" height=\"234\" srcset=\"https:\/\/care.mg\/ranowash\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/1.png 308w, https:\/\/care.mg\/ranowash\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/1-300x228.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 308px) 100vw, 308px\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-239648\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Honorine Vavisoa montre l&rsquo;exemple en installant chez elle une latrine couverte et une douche.<\/p><\/div>\n<h2>Travail avec les groupes VSLA<\/h2>\n<p>RANO WASH travaille avec les groupes VSLA pour les mobiliser afin qu&rsquo;ils deviennent des vecteurs de changement de comportement au niveau communautaire. En novembre 2018, trois groupes de VSLA dans la commune de Foulpointe ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9clench\u00e9s par le programme d&rsquo;assainissement total pilot\u00e9 par la communaut\u00e9 (CLTS). Le d\u00e9clenchement persuade les membres de la communaut\u00e9 de mettre fin \u00e0 la d\u00e9f\u00e9cation en plein air, d&rsquo;utiliser des latrines am\u00e9lior\u00e9es et de pratiquer une bonne hygi\u00e8ne. Apr\u00e8s le d\u00e9clenchement, Honorine, avec le soutien des techniciens du projet, a suivi de pr\u00e8s les membres de la VSLA pour voir s&rsquo;ils respectaient leur engagement d&rsquo;utiliser des latrines et des douches hygi\u00e9niques. Honorine a effectu\u00e9 des visites \u00e0 domicile, a fait des d\u00e9monstrations et a fait des rappels lors des r\u00e9unions de groupe de la VSLA.<\/p>\n<h2>D\u00e9fi pour les mois \u00e0 venir<\/h2>\n<p>Au cours du premier mois suivant le d\u00e9clenchement, 35 latrines avec douches ont \u00e9t\u00e9 construites et sont en cours d&rsquo;utilisation. Les latrines et la douche qu&rsquo;Honorine a install\u00e9es chez elle ont servi de mod\u00e8le dans son village.
