Elle est \u00e9galement la deuxi\u00e8me commune mod\u00e8le apr\u00e8s la commune voisine de Bejofo.<\/p><p>\u201cDans le pass\u00e9, on peut dire que la commune de Ranomainty \u00e9tait en \u00e9tat profond de crise\u201d rapporte Jeannot RANDRIANARIMBOLA, le jeune maire tr\u00e8s dynamique de 31 ans de la commune..<\/p><p>\u00ab C\u2019\u00e9tait en Avril 2020 que nous avons commenc\u00e9 la collaboration avec RANO WASH. La commune a depuis connu une croissance et un changement sans pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents \u00bb affirme toujours le maire.<\/p><p>Gr\u00e2ce au partenariat avec RANO WASH, la Structure Locale de Concertation a \u00e9t\u00e9 enti\u00e8rement mise en place. Ces changements incluent \u00e9galement la cr\u00e9ation de l\u2019OSCEAH ainsi que le recrutement de plusieurs promoteurs permanents dans le domaine WASH.<\/p><p>Une collaboration avec les chefs fokontany ont permis de garantir l\u2019atteinte du statut ODF de la commune Ranomainty. Il y avait eu de vives oppositions de la part de certains chefs Fokontany \u00ab est-ce que nous allons \u00eatre pay\u00e9s par vous Monsieur le Maire ou par le projet RANO WASH ?\u00bb se rem\u00e9more le maire Jeannot RANDRIANARIMBOLA. \u00ab Ils ne comprennent pas qu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;un programme d&rsquo;Etat sous l\u2019\u00e9gide du Minist\u00e8re de l&rsquo;Eau, de l&rsquo;Assainissement et de l&rsquo;Hygi\u00e8ne, il ne devrait plus y avoir de critiques de la sorte\u00bb continue-t-il.\u00a0<\/p><p>Ces difficult\u00e9s ont finalement \u00e9t\u00e9 surmont\u00e9es \u00e0 la suite de nombreuses discussions, une vision claire et des strat\u00e9gies bien d\u00e9finies.<\/p><p>Aujourd\u2019hui, la commune dispose d\u2019un budget li\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019eau, l\u2019assainissement et l\u2019hygi\u00e8ne. La Structure locale de concertation se r\u00e9unit tous les trois mois et les promoteurs locaux se r\u00e9unissent mensuellement.<\/p><p>\u00ab Tous ces efforts seront vains si nous n\u2019arrivons pas \u00e0 maintenir le statut ODF pour la commune de Ranomainty. Dor\u00e9navant, tous les m\u00e9nages de la commune doivent devenir des m\u00e9nages mod\u00e8les, c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire que tous les m\u00e9nages doivent respecter les cinq comportements cl\u00e9s de l\u2019assainissement et de l\u2019hygi\u00e8ne \u00bb conclut le
